		<description>I have never used these words until recently. They came to me @ a time when everything was on top of me especially finances.. I have to be able to go on for the sake of my children as they are at university and it is so costly and my company are in liquidation and it is only  through the grace of God that I am able to keep smiling.God Bless xx</description>

		<description>[...] What can one do when one hits bottom?  Fortunately the psalms provide a model: “Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord.” (Psalm 130)  I can’t tell you how many times I have prayed this line from my heart this summer.   The other line I have repeated over and over comes from Psalm 70, and also the Liturgy of the Hours: “O God, come to my assistance.  Lord make haste to help me.”  This sort of repetitious prayer was suggested to me by a very wise person I know (her experience with this sort of prayer can be found here).
