Some suggestions as you begin:

Take the pages one at a time, rather than trying to digest them all at once. For example, you might reflect on one page a day. Or if you are on vacation or on retreat and have plenty of quiet time, pray with one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Ponder the scripture passages and let the word of God take root in your heart.

Ponder your own thoughts and feelings and talk with God about them.

If you save the pages with your responses to your computer, you will have the beginnings of a discernment prayer journal.

(You could also print the pages, but remember that of what you type in the text boxes, only what is visible when you click "Print" will show up on the printout.)

If you prefer to save only what you have written (rather than the whole page), you can click CTRL+A (for "Select all"), after making sure that the cursor is in the box you are selecting.  Then copy the text and paste it into your word processor.
